My name is Emma Petersen and I have over 12 years of leadership experience running successful, award winning, results-driven teams.  I worked for 3.5 years  on a Leadership Development Team at a large company. I have trained and coached over one thousand leaders and thousands of team members, with more than 20,000 hours of training content delivered. My success has been largely due to ensuring I uncover what is important to others and helping them reach their goals through listening, providing tough feedback when needed, and ensuring they see the potential that I see. I have never settled for being “good enough”; I am a huge advocate for continuous improvement because I am determined to be better than yesterday.
